3x 8 Seated dowel wall slides
3x 8 SA 1/2 kneeling bottoms up press

Part A


5 x 5 Push jerk @ 65%

Part B


DB complex    
Complete 5 reps per arm- don't put the weight down until you switch arms

Max weight possible to stay unbroken throughout each set of 5.   
10 rounds- 5 per arm
SA DB front squats
SA DB clean   
SA DB push press
SA DB snatch
