Alternate between a single and a double      

B- 4 x 15                                   
Unbroken Deadlifts 225/155 or whatever load is attainable to go unbroken- Keep rest short 

C- 8 rounds                                
1 Rope climb                                              
2 RMU                                            
3 Squat cleans 175/125
