10 Ring push up    GP - 45 degrees,  OP - less than 15 degree,   CP - chest to floor                    
Air Squats         GP - 10 reps,  OP - 15 reps,  CP - 20 reps                     

Rest 3 minutes                           

Wallballs (20/14- 10/9')   GP - 80 reps, OP - 100 Reps,  CP - 120 Reps
