Saturday March 31st

Expect this workout to take anywhere between 1-2 hours                                
The Jesus WOD                        
14 rounds for time                       
95/65                                                 
10 DL                                              
10 H squat clean                      
10 push press                            
50ft of walking lunges with barbell on back                    
Athlete can only put the bar down on rounds 3-7-9.
At that point athlete completes 7 turkish get ups 53/35 (at the end the athlete will have completed 21 TGU in total)                                      
The workout represents the 14 Stations of the Cross and the three time Jesus fell to the ground.
