Tuesday Feb 20th

CrossFit Open 2018 starts this Thursday!!!  First WOD as a group will be Friday evening, 5:30pm.  Food and drink after from Big Sky BBQ.  Even if you're not registered in the Open this year come and cheer everyone on!!!

A- Every 30sec for 4min 8 rounds                                           
5 TTB- If you can't string them together practice singles at a fast pace

B-Every 30sec for 4min 8 rounds                                            
5 HSPU   

C- AMRAP 16min                               
20 DB snatch 50/35                  
15 DB thrusters                
10 Pistols                                       
5 RMU
