L1- foot hold practice + 2 pull                          
L2- start from seated- -feet must leave ground first- wrap feet once high enough                                              
L3- short rope

C- 3min farmer carry- then….

40 tall wallballs 20/14                                        
20 pull ups                            
10 dips                                       
5 MU's
