A- Bar Muscle up practice- 10min

B- 10min EMOM                                     
1 sC2B + 1 kC2B                     
1 sC2B = 2 kC2B                       
1 sC2B + 3 kC2B……..       
Go for as long as you can- if you miss go back to 1+1  

C- 30 burpee MU's (ring or bar)                                                        
If not able to do MU's do                                
30 Burpees + 30 jumping transitions
