Death by strict pull-ups and dips
Min 1: 1 pull-up + 1 dip
Min 2: 2 pull-up + 2 dips
Go until you can no longer get in all the reps

Part B
4 lengths box push 2 x 45lb plate/ 2 x 35lb plate on top of box
50 pull-ups
3 length box push
50 push-ups
2 lengths box push
50 ring rows
1 length box push
50 see saw press 45/25 (alternating DB OH press in neutral grip)
