at 14 minutes have bar loaded to 70%of 1rm                                               
min 14 x 1 snatch                                       
min 15 x 2 snatches                            
min 16 x 3 snatches       
Rest until 18min and load bar to 75%                                 
min 18 x 1 snatch                                       
min 19 x 2 snatches                            
min 20 x 3 snatches
